Actually, it was caused by tests of server hardware and ... result is that we need to upgrade it for stable work of >20000 workunits, or decrease this number.
We selected the 1st option and server hardware will be upgraded during this week with a short interruption, but after our special announcement.
Now it should work normally.

In the field "Log in with authenticator" use your authenticator.
If you cannot find it, accoding to instructions, then check you mail - I will send it to you on your GMAIL address right now.

File size is *HUGE* for a BOINC project. The BOINC server code does have a built in compress/decompress feature for uploads and downloads. It just needs to be turned on (if it isn't already). Thanks!
