Из грядущих изменений и некоторые замечания Кейта:

1. Use of a local copy of loader.exe which waits up to 15 minutes until the
network connection is available (checks every 1 minute and then gives up after
15 tries).
2. Ability to configure a network installation to run as a (hidden) service.

Кроме того:

We anticipate 1.30 to run as an Interactive service.

Very high on our wish list is to avoid allocating longer jobs to PC with low
ratings. This needs to be a little bit clever ... but as we anticipate job times
increasing it will become essential. I'm anticipating the average job time to be
about 10 hours on a 2 GHz PC (ie double the current expectation).

Mixed Linux/Windows installations will not be supported in 1.30 but they will work better ...

Нельзя ли интересно разбить на кучу маленьких например:
около 5 часов на 200 мегагерцах

Отличные новости от Кейта!

1. Add a scheduled time capability. This will have a start and stop time for weekdays and (optionally) a separate start and stop time for weekends. No special provisions for holidays ... and no multiple start and stop times within a day.

2. Extend support of THINK_PROXY_HOST, THINK_PROXY_PORT, THINK_PROXY_USER and THINK_PROXY_PASSWORD to windows wininet.dll.

3. Validate the existing visibility controls for the THINK Connection window and if necessary add an additional control.
