If you cannot find it, accoding to instructions, then check you mail - I have send it to you on your GMAIL address.

Well, like many people, i have an account on SLINCA that I cannot access - username is wertperch.

I've tried the "forgot password' routine, does not work. Because I've never crunched anything, I have no authentication code.

Please, sort this out?

Managed to get through the registration finally.
Hello, I'm DoctorNow from team BOINC@Heidelberg and I'm one of the admins there.
We have a founder account named AdminHD for our team.
Somehow the password for AdminHD is not correct, probably was randomly generated as the team was automatically created, so no one of us has access at the moment.
Could someone please mail me the password or the authenticator for AdminHD so that I can change the password?

Aye.. I ended up here - and you may wonder why.

I have the same problem as many others.. I cant log in on my SLinCA account,
and i dont get any email from the project when i ask for it.
- because of this I have not been crunching there either.. so dont ask me to find
my authenticator

Now.. will you help me?

Just getting this far was a challange. I agree with other in that the forgot password part of boinc should be fixed and used.

Can you please email me my authenticator, you can look up my account on the project and email it to the email address on file on the account

Exactly so (re above quote).

Found out by accident that boincteams actually creates/created an account for my team. I would have followed this up last year if I had known.
Anyway, I have read all of the forum messages about this problem, registered here, and tried using all the options suggested to log in - but nothing I have in any current email is accepted as the authenticator. Please send me the correct authenticator - so I can get started - have lost/binned any old emails that might have told me (sorry) . Thanks!

I have no idea what this all means except I have tried using the above code (scrambled here) as the authenticator.

I get this response:

"Login failed

There is no account with that authenticator. Please try again. "

so........this is why I am asking that question which you are probably tired of hearing.

Аналогичная проблема - моя учётка (hoarfrost) создалась в проекте почти в полном соответствии с системной BOINC-wide Teams (только почему-то страна - International), а e-mail с ссылкой для захода в учётную запись - не приходит несмотря на настроенный spam-фильтр. Можно ли выслать на почтовый ящик, зарегистрированный в проекте (он совпадает и с ящиком этой учётки) ссылку для активации учётки? Ну или просто сбросить пароль.

Как вариант - можно прислать эту же ссылку по личной почте в Einstein@Home, MilkyWay@Home или SAT@home.
