Do you agree the integration of your project in Formula BOINC trophy ?

The principle of Formula BOINC is explained on this page: http://formula-boinc.org/

As a possible consequence of this principle, your project could at some point in time, become the target of sudden and massive actions from Teams trying to get its maximum points (Or at least a higher team position to obtain a few extra points).

So, if you think that it could be harmful for your IT system (Servers etc), you can ask to be removed from FORMULA BOINC for 2011.

А чо? Я непротив, чтобы в формуле боинк украина заимела еще +18-25 очков и поднялась на место в общем зачете-2011 на почотное 15-е место (по состоянию на март месяц).

What should we do to add SlinCA@Home to the Formula-BOINC now?

Project is on a beta stage and after adding to free-dc stats suffers from horde of users )))
Server is down sometimes just because the hardware was planned for 100 of users, not for 1000's.

I suppose that admins will make an upgrade very soon, implement checkpoints to WUs (now they have a crunch time 3-6 hours and a lack of checkpoints have a bad effect), and after then we will be more than happy to see this project included in Formula BOINC.
But please not right now )) Server will die the same day ))))

I will mail you personally after this happens. Or you can visit this forum sometimes ))

Читал, но так и не понимаю почему прям так все ринутся сюда?

Смотри, когда ввели команды - вайлди-тимы нарегели 1050 команд.
И фсьйо, весь мир уже знает про существование слинка"хом. Но шото не бежит сюда кранчить (дауны сервера, чекпойнты ...)

I understand your reticence. I administrate also a small BOINC project: wuprop@home
I classified SLinCA in category "Exclusion requested by project administrator".

Adding projects to the FB Trophy occurs every odd months.
So, your project could be added later.

thanks for your attention and understanding!
I principally agree with Death - we need to reach some stability with >1000 users and >10000 workunits.
After that we will be happy to be included in Formula BOINC in the full status.

i suppose it will be more correct to say temporary exclusion....
if this is possible ))

nikelong, а ты не думаешь шо дауны сервера как раз связаны с тем шо пришло 500 юзеров. вот Лаурену писал шо у него гиг результатов лежит, ждёт отправки.

а прикинь ещё 1-2к юзеров с формулы придёт и сервак ваще подыматься не будет.
ну и плюс какое будет впечатление о проекте? ну нах лучче пару месяцев потерпеть.

я так за Юрия ответил канешна может не совсем корректно, решать-то в конечном щоте ему, но как два здравомыслящих человека мы пришли к одному и тому же выводу )))))))

Да нивапрос. Пару месяцев так пару месяцев.
Можно ео вообще в ноябре ввести. месяц покранчить и застолбить себе место фдфаццатке лучших по результатам года ))

DEATH and nikelong, I have nothing to add to your opinions - thanks!

We are trying to improve the stability of our project server everyday.
We hope that after 1-2 weeks we add some improvements and will be ready for the next big scaling-up step.
