Конфлікт з Win2k Server :( Налаштування

Така проблема... намагаюся встановити ФАД 1.25g на декілька серверів, і всюди отримую однаковий глюк. ФАД інсталюється нормально, але think.exe не може стартувати... Викидає помилку "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Click on OK to terminate the application."

Пробував і мережеву інсталяцію, і локальну. Проблему бачу лише на серверах з Win2k Server, на звичайних машинах усе гаразд... Що б оце з ним зробити? Поможіть, 8 ксеонів пропадає!
