Hello from the Canary Islands. It's my last night here with a Gin and Tonic. Tomorrow night I'll be jetting back and maybe even turning my computers on to help with the PG challenge that you are doing so good in.

Today was a good day. I managed to get some good shots of dolphins off the coast here in Tenerife, but unfortunately no sightings of whales.

Yesterday I was up Mount Tiede, but failed to find the observatory . It's a big volcanic mountain with some snow at the summit right now which is unusual at any time of year and especially with it roasting hot on the coast. I couldn't say if there was any ice up there, but I was

I still have the day tomorrow to visit the south of the island; I'm looking forward to that.

I'm just back from Feodosia, Crimea, Ukraine Was not really sunny there, but i liked climbing mountains and walking in the spring sea water
