My account was also created through BOINCwide Teams and having to do the normal password reset route. I am also not receiving email through gmail.

Please, go to page and use the 2nd option:

"2) If you forgot your account's email address, or you can't receive email there:"

In the field "Log in with authenticator" use your authenticator.

and after that, please, go to page and use the 2nd option:

Please, note that Windows-version of client has some problems with stable ZIP-ing results on some Windows OSs
with a lost of results. We will try to fix it in 2 months - no time slots for this now.
