Projects 761-771 also aim to study the effects of confinement on protein folding. These projects are essentially replications of p752-755, with different parameters (such as confining radius and center of mass motion removal). Some of the file sizes will be bigger, but the units have been sized such that they should take about the same amount of time as those from the p752-755 series.
